I am a Motivational Speaker, Social Worker, Therapist, Podcaster and Mental Health Advocate. My vision is to inspire consciousness and intentional actions, by helping women to align with goals through mentorship, philanthropy, teaching, and service. Helping women of color, throughout the southeast region, between the age of 21-35 overcome societal stigmas, caused by overcompensation at home and in the workplace. I also help women improve their self- esteem and self confidence by removing their dependence on titles and labels, used to define their place in society, which includes the roles they fill daily. Women are invited to express authentic feelings to reactivate connectedness in their emotions, which encourages them to embrace their differences and avoid using words as weapons of destruction, but instead, uplift each other. These are, women in and of service looking to gain a higher sense of self to accomplish skills for a healthier work/life balance. KayCConnects values the essence of women and their motivation towards healing and growth. With a cultured team dedicated to women advancement, living a purpose driven life, servitude, inspiring growth and healing both personally and professionally.

Mentorship
With the organization’s mission always in mind, I strive to find new techniques to enhance self confidence in women. As I work to help reignite their fire, it is my hope that they become more self aware and connected to their emotional needs, which will also move them in the right direction towards healing.
